Mint

 Mentha spicata (family:Mentheae)

Mint is native to the temperate regions of Asia, Europe, and North America. It grows in so many parts of the world that it is called circumboreal.  It is an aggressive perennial that travels by sending creeping roots underground and can become invasive and overwhelm other plants.  It is antibacterial and anti-fungal.

Mint Cream

Natural body salve.  Made in small batches from mint grown in Maine. Refreshing all over, but especially nice for tired feet.

Coconut oil, mint leaves, shea butter, almond oil, beeswax, spearmint essential oil.
